These are perfect for cold winter nights when you’re craving dessert but don’t have many ingredients at home. You can double the recipe if cooking for a crowd. If you’ve got an air fryer these work so well and take ½ the time!
Ingredients
4 medium apples
¼ cup rolled oats
¼ cup plain flour
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp maple syrup
4 scoops low-fat vanilla ice cream

Method
- Preheat the oven to 175°C.
- Cut the apples in half and scoop out the core and seeds.
- In a bowl combine all the ingredients except the ice cream and maple syrup. Mix well until mixture resembles wet sand.
- Pack crumble mixture onto the apples present into the hole where the core was.
- Place into the oven and cook for 25 minutes.
- Serve with ice cream and maple syrup.

- Use dairy-free ice cream to make vegan and dairy free
