This recipe is great to make up on the weekend and use as you need throughout the week. It will store in an airtight container for several weeks. When serving add yoghurt, milk and fruit, or soak overnight for a more traditional bircher.
Ingredients
1 cups rolled oats
2 cups quick oats
½ cup bran sticks
½ cup roasted almonds
½ cup roasted cashews
¼ cup dried apricots
¼ cup pepitas
¼ cup chia seeds
2 tsp ground cinnamon

Method
- Roughly chop the almonds, cashews and dried apricots. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients.
- Store in an airtight container.
- Soak ½ cup in milk overnight and serve with fresh fruit. Or sprinkle ½ cup over yoghurt and
fruit.
Notes:
- Swap the nuts and dried fruit for any that you desire
- One serve is ½ cup muesli
