You can register for your online member account here. You will need your member number, name and birth date. You will also need the email address listed on your policy.
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a security process that requires you to verify your identity in two or more ways. This protects your privacy by making sure it’s really you that’s logging in to your account.
When you enter your membership number and password, a one-time security PIN will be sent to the mobile number listed on your account for authentication purposes. Please enter this PIN to log into your account securely. If there is no active Australian mobile number recorded, the PIN will be sent via email.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking ‘Forgotten password’ on the login screen and following the prompts. You will need your member number and date of birth.
