Points are awarded based on data collected from your tracking device or app following this order: heart rate, speed, calories, then steps. If you earn the same number of points across different data measurements, we will prioritise them based on this order to determine which measurement will count towards your daily 150 Physical Activity points limit. If you attend a partner gym and complete another form of physical activity in a day, points are awarded in this order: heart rate, speed, calories, gym visit then steps.
You are only awarded points for your single highest earning physical activity in a day.
You can earn Physical Activity points from various data measurements each day, such as heart rate, speed, calories, and steps. However, we will allocate points based on the highest-scoring measurement – up to a maximum of 150 AIA Vitality Points per day. You will need to link and sync an eligible fitness device to the AIA Vitality app to track your heart rate, speed or calories and earn the right points for the activities you complete. We recommend you sync your activity with the AIA Vitality app after your workout throughout the week to ensure these are correctly captured.
