Good morning and welcome to thismeditation to help you cultivate positive

energy in the morning.During this meditation,

I'll guide you to tap intofeelings of gratitude, optimism,

and excitement to help you start yourday with a little more positivity.

If you are still lying in bed,

you are welcome to stay whereyou feel comfortable. However,

if you start nodding back off tosleep, you might like to gently sit up.

and to help yourselfwake up a little more.

Begin taking a few deepbreaths in through your nose.

Then opening your mouth andexhaling in one long si.

Breathing in through your nose,

really filling up your lungs andbreathing into your diaphragm

This can be such a greatway to start your day.

Breathing deeply can help reduce stress,

so you can start your day feeling alittle clearer and more refreshed,

taking just one or twomore nice, deep breaths.

It might be a deliciouscup of coffee or tea,

seeing a loved one, taking a warm shower,
