Launching Club 1054

AIA and the OCRF join forces to raise funds for important ovarian cancer research.

The Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation (OCRF), in partnership with AIA Australia, has launched Club 1054 - a new corporate donor network.

Club 1054 brings together 1,054 of Australia’s leading businesses, joining forces to help fund ovarian cancer research for the next generation of women and girls by donating $1,054 weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually.

Statistics show that 1,054 women and girls die from ovarian cancer each year in Australia1 and due to lack of government funding, the drastically low 49% five-year survivability rate has hardly improved in the last 30 years.

This is why we’re supporting the OCRF on their mission to fund Australia’s most impactful ovarian cancer research.

CEO, Damien Mu, said, “AIA Australia is proud to be the presenting partner of Club 1054, because we believe that collective corporate support is critical to improving health outcomes for all Australians, championing them to live healthier, longer, better lives.”

Our dream is to help Australia become one of the healthiest and best protected nations in the world. Our partnership with the OCRF is one of the ways we’re doing this, and we encourage businesses like yours and others in your network to get behind this worthy cause to find an early detection test for the most lethal reproductive cancer.
