For the second year in a row, and sixth time overall, we are proud to receive ANZIIF’s Life Insurance Company of the Year award for 2023.

The award win highlighted our commitment to creating exceptional customer experiences, promoting health through our comprehensive wellbeing program and our commitment to the industry.
Commitment to health
Through our health and wellbeing initiative, AIA Embrace, we can support clients in their health journey by offering them products, programs and partnerships that help them whether they’re well, unwell or recovering.
The programs and partnerships that are available to clients include, AIA Vitality, CancerAid, Rehabilitation support, Pain Revolution and much more.
Commitment to clients
We understand that the client experience is paramount to our success and through our Voice of Customer (VoC) program, we’re able to collect and analyse a clients experience to help us take action to increase customer engagement.
However, we also need a team that ensures we can meet and exceed the expectations of clients. To support this, we have a strong focus on staff development through our continued learning and development programs and opportunities to work in groups that create new ideas.
Commitment to industry
We believe that a strong industry benefits us all, which is why we played a pivotal role in forming the Council of Australian Life Insurers (CALI). Through CALI, we want a stronger voice for the industry so that Australians can feel confident in the role life insurance plays in their future.
Finally, our extensive involvement in the second iteration of the Life Insurance Code of Practice further solidified our commitment to the industry and clients.
