Executive Health Checks
Members receive a comprehensive and personalised health check with our medical concierge service up to the value of $1,200.
Business Class Flights
Up to 50% cashback on two eligible Business Class flights for your client and a friend^ once they complete an Executive Health Check or an AIA Vitality Health Check.
Who's eligible?
AIA Extra is available to
- AIA Priority Protection clients who hold AIA Priority Protection policies with a combined total premium of $12,000 or more per year and are an AIA Vitality member
- In-force clients who meet the criteria
- New business clients who meet the criteria
AIA Extra is available for eligible AIA Priority Protection clients from 8 August 2023 to 31 December 2024.

What is the AIA Extra Executive Health Check?
The Executive Health Check is a personalised concierge medical service that reviews a full range of specialist medical tests that may include cardiac, liver and kidney function, prostate, and blood panels.
AIA has partnered with Recovre to deliver the Executive Health Check service.
The Recovre concierge will explain what the Executive Health Check involves, and the various ways clients can complete their health check, as well as managing any appointments on their behalf.

| You'll earn up to 7,000 AIA Vitality points when you complete your Executive Health Check. |
| A dedicated concierge will manage all required appointments, including further tests and necessary follow-ups. |
| AIA will cover the cost of any consultations, fees, and recommended tests up to the value of $1,200. |
| Once you complete the Executive Health Check and upload your results from the AIA Vitality Health Check form to the AIA Vitality app, you'll unlock access to the cashback benefit on eligible Business Class flights. |
| Members are eligible for 1x Executive Health Check every two membership years. |
AIA Extra Business Class Flights
AIA Extra clients can enjoy cashbacks on eligible Business Class Flights with Virgin Australia. Cashbacks are based on the members AIA Vitality Status.
Please note that to access this benefit, the AIA Vitality member must have completed all components of the AIA Vitality Health Check within the last 12 months.

| Get up to 50% cashback on two eligible Business Class flights for you and a friend^ once you complete an Executive Health Check or AIA Vitality Health Check. |
| To be eligible, you must have completed your AIA Vitality Health Check in the last 12 months or complete it as part of your Executive Health Check. |
| You'll receive up to a maximum of $8,000 flight cashback per person, per flight booking on eligible flights flagged with 'AIA Extra'. |
| The two Business Class flights count towards your standard AIA Vitality status-based cashback two flights per membership year. |
| If you've already used your two status-based cashback flights for the current memebership year, you must wait until the new membership year commences to access the Business Class cashback benefit again. |

Do I have clients that are already eligible to access this offer?
We have contacted eligible clients directly with this offer by email. If you have over 5 clients eligible you can access a list of these clients from the Adviser Site under Marketing > Customer Lists > AIA Extra. You can use this information to pass on the great news about the exclusive benefits and rewards available to them.
What if I have new clients taking out cover who are eligible to receive these benefits?
Once your new clients have their cover in place and their AIA Vitality membership activated, they should expect to receive an email about these exclusive benefits within approximately one month.
How does the client access these exclusive benefits?
Your client will receive a personalise email giving them access to their exclusive benefits. From here they can start their Executive Health Check journey or book flights. They must use this personalised link to access the benefits rather than the AIA Vitality app.

The benefits offered for AIA Extra, as set out on this page, are only available to AIA Vitality members who hold an AIA Priority Protection product with a combined total premium of $12,000 or more per year. AIA Extra is available only to those who meet the above criteria, with relevant benefits available for the period 8 August 2023 – 31 December 2024.
^ The Business Class flight benefit cashback is only available for two people (your client and a friend) for eligible flight bookings made by 31 December 2023. From 1 January 2024, the Business Class flight benefit cashback will only be available for your client (AIA Vitality member).
