Here are the top five ways to get more out of the new AIA Vitality app and support your mental health.
Have you downloaded the AIA Vitality app yet? We’ve recently added a couple of new ways to earn points and stay mentally fit alongside the features you already love, like easily tracking your health, benefits, and rewards.
1. Check in on your mental wellbeing
With the launch of our new Mental Wellbeing Benefit, you can now earn 750 AIA Vitality Points by completing the Mental Wellbeing assessment in the app. After answering a lifestyle questionnaire about things like your sleep quality, you’ll receive personalised feedback and helpful tips on areas you’re doing well in as well as areas you might want to consider improving.
2. Improve your mental fitness
Even if you haven’t completed the Mental Wellbeing assessment, we’ve added two new components in the app to help you improve or maintain your mental fitness (and earn more AIA Vitality Points).
Open the Learn module to read, watch, and listen to self-guided content all about taking care of your mental health. By engaging with the content, you’re on your way to earning up to 1,200 Points per membership year.
In the Act module, you can start tracking everyday activities that promote good mental health, like sleep, mindfulness, and exercise, and earn up to 5,000 Points. The Act module also gives you access to our partner program Togetherall, a safe and anonymous online social support community, moderated 24/7 by mental health professionals.
3. Know your health and earn rewards
We know the Active Benefits feature is one of your go-to ways to earn AIA Vitality Points and rewards. As soon as you open the app, you’ll see it front and centre – so it’s easy to see how you’re tracking each week.
4. Easily self-assess
To help you learn about all aspects of your health and earn Points, our app makes it easy to see which assessments you’ve completed, and which are still available to complete. Check your dashboard in the app to see what you can complete today to progress your health journey.
5. Navigate towards benefits
From cashback on flights to discounts on fitness devices and insurance premiums, there are so many benefits for members who use the AIA Vitality app. We’ve made it easy to navigate through the app to earn more Points and claim rewards.
