At AIA Financial Wellbeing, we believe that there is a need for increased education and access to financial advice, so that all Australians can learn how to use positive financial behaviours to lead healthier, longer, better lives.
This paper recognises and explores the concept of financial wellbeing, understanding the impact it has on our physical and mental health. It also considers how financial knowledge and behaviours play a role in financial satisfaction and ultimately, our wellbeing.
