This is a great meditation for you today.

To begin this meditation,

you are welcome to find acomfortable position for yourself.

Either sitting up or lying down.

You might like to do a bigstretch and then start to

settle into a gentle stillness.

Rest your hands whereverthey feel most comfortable.

And if your eyes are open,

you can softly blink them closed.

Just giving yourself a fewmoments to let your body and mind

gradually start to calm down.

Take a few deep breaths now,

feeling your chest and diaphragmgently expanding as you

and letting each exhale go in a long,

Now, at the end of eachexhale, notice the short,

Just notice that moment of stillness.
