We know that constructing a Statement of Advice (SOA) can be time-consuming. Highlighting the product benefits to your client of proposed product features can sometimes be difficult to position, especially when suggesting to transfer a client from a ‘closed’ product to an improved and more beneficial product. They may be helpful to you when writing your SOA. These could be used to improve your existing template or to replace sections or paragraphs within the one you regularly prepare. These documents highlight the product's benefits to a client if any of the defined events were to impact them.
