Managing premiums with AIA Vitality

Do you have clients impacted by the recent premium increase and who don't have AIA Vitality? They may be receiving communications from us.
To support you and your clients who may experience a premium increase in 2025, we will be communicating the benefits and rewards that are available through AIA Vitality to those who don't have it attached to their policy.

We will be running a 12-month campaign, emailing clients approximately two months prior to their policy anniversary.
 
The email will promote the benefits of AIA Vitality, including available rewards and discounts, plus the $500 AIA Vitality Silver Status reward which they may be eligible for (including their Adviser) if they reach AIA Vitality Silver Status within six months of joining*.
 
Our data demonstrates that when members meaningfully engage in the program, lapse and retention outcomes materially improve and members begin to gain tangible monetary rewards and benefits whilst improving overall health and wellbeing. As an insurer, we also observe an improved claims experience.

Clients will be directed to a dedicated webpage where they can get more information and join AIA Vitality by filling out a form.
Clients included in the campaign will:
 
  • have at least one policy impacted by a premium increase,
  • have a combined premium of a minimum of $540 per annum, and
  • not have had AIA Vitality previously attached to their Priority Protection policy. 
This communication will only be sent to clients where the Policy Owner and Life Insured are the same.
