How you can support this change
For your clients with a Priority Protection policy and AIA Vitality, we’re boosting their cashback to 50% on eligible domestic and international flights with Virgin Australia. Plus, they’ll get cashback for up to one accompanying passenger on the same booking too.

- Activated their AIA Vitality membership. (Those who haven’t done this will be provided a personalised activation link via email and SMS)
- Have completed and submitted results for an AIA Vitality Health Check within 12 months at the time of booking.
The campaign is aimed to help demonstrate the value your clients can get from AIA Vitality and motivate them to take steps toward understanding and looking after their health by giving them a small taste of what it would be like when they reach Platinum Status. Flights can occur after the campaign period but must be booked between 12 September and 30 November 2023.
A maximum of one international and one domestic, or two domestic flights can be booked per policy year and cashback applies only to the base fare up to a maximum of $2,000 per passenger. Flights must be booked in the AIA Vitality app. All other regular benefit terms apply.
