Early results show success for Silver Status reward

With the April launch of the AIA Vitality Silver Status reward, we're seeing great early results. 
AIA Vitality is designed to play an important role in helping your clients understand their health and make the right choices to live healthier, longer, better lives.
 
By offering this new reward payment*, we wanted to provide you with another reason to recommend AIA's Priority Protection products while motivating your clients to engage early in the AIA Vitality program and get the most out of their health journey.
What have early results told us?
We know that through early adoption with AIA Vitality, members create more lasting engagement, meaning they can reap the health and wellness benefits of the program.
 
Considering this, we're pleased to see engagement in the program increasing by over 50% in the first month of a client's membership, and an 80% jump in those who have reached Silver Status within the first month.
 
While these statistics are still in their early days, the initial feedback is positive. The increase in those reaching Silver Status within the first month and eligible for the $500 reward, highlights that it is achievable well within the six-month period. The important next step is to ensure clients continue their health journey, opening the door to even greater benefits both financial and health while maintaining or increasing their Priority Protection discounts when reaching Gold and Platinum Status within the membership year.
Getting to Silver Status is easier than you think!
While it may sound challenging, your clients can get to over 10,000 AIA Vitality points by completing  a few activities in a short period of time.
Activities which could help clients get to Silver Status within six months:
 
  1. Complete four self-assessments on the AIA Vitality App - up to 3,750 points
  2. Complete a FREE AIA Vitality Health Check at one of our participating pharmacy partners (TerryWhite Chemmart or Amcal) - up to 7,000 points
  3. Complete a Bulk Billed Eye Check - 1,000 points
Why is getting to Gold Status important for you and your client?
To maintain their current level of AIA Vitality discount within their Priority Protection policy, a client needs to achieve Gold Status (20,000 AIA Vitality points) each membership year.
 
This important next step ensures clients continue their health journey, opening the door to even greater benefits both financial and health.
 
Additional activities which could help clients get to Gold Status within 12 months:
 
  1. Get the Flu-vaccine - 1,000 points
  2. Stay active and earn up to 15,000 points annually
  3. In app Skin Checks - 1,000 points
  4. Declaration of non-smoker status - 1,000 points
  5. Complete in-app assessments – financial, mental, nutritional and health checks
