DocuSign: helping cut down time

Did you know that on average, when using DocuSign, your clients' forms are processed nine days quicker than when using non-DocuSign methods?
To further help improve efficiency, we'll be sending policy maintenance forms direct to your clients meaning you won't have to, freeing up more time for you and your clients.
 
This means we get your clients' cover in place, sooner.
 
This will include the following forms:
 
  • Direct Debit Request
  • Credit Card Authority
  • Client Declaration
  • Super Declaration
  • Tax File Number
We will also be sending you the Special Acceptance Terms for approval to ensure you're comfortable with the proposed cover of your client. 

Commencement date update

We have also implemented a minor, yet impactful change in how we request your instruction during the New Business phase.
 
Previously, we have requested policy commencement dates, however, to reduce the need to make updates later causing further delays while we await further details, we'll be asking advisers whether we can issue the policy once all requirements are met, or if a specific commencement date is still required.
 
This small change can lead to improved client experience and allow for higher rates of straight through processing.
