NOTE: Only the credit card details will be removed when sent to the above email addresses. Any accompanying forms will continue to be accepted as per current processes.
The change is taking effect from August 2024, meaning both new and existing clients will be discouraged to provide their credit card details via email. Where this information is provided via email, we will reply to the recipient with safe alternative methods ensuring their data is sent through secure channels.
Methods include:
- Call our Customer Care team on 1800 333 613 between 8am – 6pm AEST/AEDT weekdays.
- Complete a DocuSign form on the Forms and Documents page under Forms > Credit Card Authority Form on aia.com.au or click here.
