Changes to how we obtain Credit Card details

At AIA Australia, we're committed to continually enhancing client data management to ensure the highest standards of security. 
To ensure we’ve got the right safeguards in place, we’re introducing a new system that will remove credit card details which are sent to:
 
NOTE: Only the credit card details will be removed when sent to the above email addresses. Any accompanying forms will continue to be accepted as per current processes.
 
The change is taking effect from August 2024, meaning both new and existing clients will be discouraged to provide their credit card details via email. Where this information is provided via email, we will reply to the recipient with safe alternative methods ensuring their data is sent through secure channels.
