This year we have:
- delayed the annual premium increase by 5 months (usually 1 April) to 1 September 2022,
- improved emergency ambulance services - we now cover for services which result in on-site treatment only (where you're not taken to hospital),
- extended the dependent child coverage to age 25.
Changes to AIA Health client’s premium will be automatically applied from 1 September 2022. Impacted customers will have received notification of the change earlier this month.
How can your clients save on their health insurance premiums?
- Receive a 5% discount on an AIA Health premium when your client first joins and for as long as they maintain AIA Vitality Silver Status or above.
- Pay premiums annually means your client may save more by locking in your current premium until 31 August 2023. If your client may be interested in this option, please call us on 1800 333 004 before 29 August 2022.
- Review your clients cover - it's important for your clients to regularly review their health insurance to make sure it still meets their needs, but also to make sure they’re not paying for services they may no longer need.
